Founded in 1933, Arnys of Paris was an independent luxury men’s clothier known for its extraordinarily fine products embodying the classic Rive Gauche style, until the maison was acquired by Berluti and ended its business in 2012. Since then Arnys products have become ever more precious and collectible to those who love menswear.

This piece from Arnys is in the “hacking jacket” style, traditionally worn in England for casual horse-riding. Prominent features of the hacking jacket are all faithfully preserved: short lapel, throat latch, slant hip pockets, and a single vent. On the other hand, the unique sleeve openings, buttonholes and intricate buttons are unmistakably Arnys’ signature touches.
